Milk
Milk is used to produce milk shakes and as a filler for many hot and cold drinks.
Mint
Mint is a wildgrowing or in garden growing foliage plant with a high amount of ethereal oils and methol. There is a difference between pepper mint (green mint), water mint and garden mint. Because of the leaves there is also a difference in round-leaved mint and sharp-leaved mint (Spermint) and ruff mint. Mint is often used for decoration of Fancy drinks and as part of the Juleps drinks. There is also mint syrup and mint oil. Known products: Riemerschmid Pepper Mint Syrup, Mentha Orzata, Fouchon Sirop de Menthe.
Mist
Fog. Part of spirituous liquors in Scotland and Ireland. Also known in cocktails in the US.
Monnet
Since 1838, Monnet-Cognac has exists. The Salamunder, the product-sign of the company, is the symbol of constancy. Franz I, born in Cognac and King of France, had this symbol already early in his royal shield. In 1838, the "Bouilleurs de Cru", wine growers and vintage-owners in the Charente, merged to a company, which was managed by the Monnet-Family.They wanted to compose a cognac, which differed in its better quality and stricter quality-control from the usual ones. On a bigger sized site in Cognac , the necessary plants were set, which are still working today. Limousin-oak barrels are stored today, as well as those days in the "Chais", the airconditioned halls. Wine distillates ripen there for years. The cellar-master of the house takes care, that Monnet-Cognac is produced from it. One of the men , who made Monnet-Cognac world famous, is Jean Monnet, which is not only known as being a cognac producer, but also as being a politician and finance-expert of the French politics. Despites his many journeys through the world and his many political tasks, he excellently took care of the family-business. Monnet exports to Germany: Cognac-products, like Special Europe, V.V.S. Satiné, V.S.O.P. Satiné, Napoléon and Josephine and Monnet V.S.O.P. Grand Fine Cognac, which contains 40 % of alcohol and is stored much longer than the prescribed time for V.S.O.P.

Moët & Chandon
Moët & Chandon was founded in 1743, Claude Moët, the son of the founder, and Jean Rémy, his grand child expanded the business of sparkling champagne-wines. Especially Jean Rémy brought big success for the company. His daughter Adelaide married Pierre Gabriel Chandon. Their descendants have run the business under the name of Moët & Chandon since 1832, they developed the products of the House, improved them and sold them. Those days, Jean Rémy Moët handed over the company to his son Victor and his son in law Pierre Gabriel Chandon. Until today, the House remained in the hands of the descendants of these two families. Moët & Chandon is the most important champagne-producer. Yearly, the company shipps more than 20 million bottles to more than 40 countries in the world. About 60 million bottles are stored in the more than 40 kilometres long cellars in Epernay, which are situated in two stores underneath the earth. In 1966, the Chandon German-French Sparkling Wine Cellars Ltd in Newstadt/ Weinstreet was founded together with the Sparkling Wine Cellars Carstens Limited Partnership. After Moët & Co. took over the second largest champagne producer Mercier in Epernay and also expanded its participations in other champagne companies, in 1971, the merge with the world-known Cognac-Company Hennessy followed. Champagne products from Moët & Chandon are: White Star Sec, Brut Impérial Vintage, Brut Impérial Rosé Vintage and Dom Pérignon Vintage. Furthermore the House offers the 42 % Marc de Champagne.
