Colheita
Describes the "Age of Production" of the port. Colheita Port in difference to Vintage Port is filled up into bottles later than Vintage Port. Therefore it is not that heavy like the Vintage Ports.

Common (Greater) Celandine
Is another word for Waldmeister (woodruff).

Cordials
Is an american-english description of liqueurs.

Coupage
Means blended and corresponds to blending of spiritous liquors.

Cracked Ice
Just an advice how to make it: place ice-cubs in a towel and use a mallet to crack it.

Cream
Is another word for Obers.

Crimson Sweet
It belongs to the group of watermelons.

Crushed Ice
Is pulverized ice.
Cuvèe
Barrel mixture. Champagne f.e. mostly contains different wines of different age and from different locations. And this composition is called "Cuvèe". It is possible that it contains up to 30 or even more wines.

Crèmant
Is often used to describe a lightly sparkling wine and champagne. But not to be mixed up with Cramant, which is a place in Champagne, where the Crèmant de Cramant" comes from.

Cumquats
These are mandarines, which you can eat with its skin, mostly used for decoration. You can also get them stewed in a can. Other meaning would be Japanese Orange.
